The site consists of 25 243 m2 and the castle itself is 7 820 m2.

The castle, built in 19th century, played an important part during the World War II and, most particularly, during the Normandy landings as it was used for an allies' hospital.

Very close to the castle there are various museums related to WW2 and the Normandy landings.

Judging by the great number of tourist in Normandy (mostly Europeans and Americans) we can suggest creating a quality thematic park about the Normandy landings, which would respond to an important demand and would result being a great business.

The castle has to be renovated, it will count 150 rooms of different sizes (from the room of the Soldier X to the room of the General Y).
