An old soda factory built in 1846 that is currently being refurbished by a renowned Catalan architect transforming this incredible space into two high standing lofts.

It is located two minutes from the Sant Antoni metro station, in one of the most central and sought after neighborhoods of the city, just a few steps from the cities upcoming culinary area offering a wide variety of the best bars and restaurants in Barcelona.
