This beautiful 63-square-meter property is located on one of the quiet streets of the Poble Sec district, close to the Montjuic park and 5-minutes walk from the Paral·lel subway station. The 1^stfloor apartment is situated in a restored nobleman’s house, typical for Barcelona’s architecture from the beginning of the 20^thcentury.
